Comphort House, LLC. a  Hawaii Kama'aina company , is introducing a new solution to ease the affordable housing shortage in Hawaii.  With a focus on affordability, quality,   speed, safety, and well-thought self sufficient eco system, we believe  our prefabricated modular home is the answer.

The Comphort House is assembled from a galvanized steel frame, insulated EPS steel walls with Grade 3 Level Fire Resistance, Fire Proof MGO floor boards, and interior Soundproofing up to 60 decibels. It is also capable of withstanding wind load of up to 3 knots/m and has Seismic Resistance rating of Grade 9.

Our prefab modular home does not take  months or weeks  to  set up .  It can be be set up in days.  Delivery is made easy with 20 or 40 ft container.

 Safety and innovation is what  Comphort House  strives for. Besides the strong

Steel Structure , Fire Resistant walls and floors, we also build the house to meet FEMA's safety standards. For the approximately 400 sq ft space, we installed both entry door and a emergence exit door for the house.

 That gives residents multiple points of exits at the time of emergency.

The prefabricated house is designed with comfort in mind. The Comphort House has a pre-installed bathroom, all LED light fixtures, electric outlets, two steel exterior door, 7 double pane glass windows, a kitchen cabinet with counter top and sink, PVC floor over MGO board, and well insulated walls and roof.

Living in  Hawaii, We may not have the luxury of available infrastructure to support our housing needs. We all love our environment and try to keep it in the pristine condition.  For the location that  doesn't have sewer facility available, we have a Double Aerobic Wastewater Septic Tank System available at a very reasonable price.

The Comphort House is approximately 400 sq ft, it prefabricated with 2 bed rooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, dinning and family room. It can also reconfigured into just one larger bedroom.

The Comphort House can be used as ADU for long or short term rental to supplement high cost of living in Hawaii.  It can be used as interim housing for fire victims who need to rebuild their house while living on their own land. Or just simply a space for the kids so that they don't have to move to the mainland. Because it fits the FEMA standard, you  may be able to lease it to FEMA once it's set up and ready to move in.
