Place your order today and get your COMPHORT House in a few simple steps.

1. Make a reservation.

Submit your 100% refundable deposit of $100 to reserve a Comphort House

2. Schedule a showroom visit or just go to purchase if you're ready to order

3. To Purchase

When you are ready to order the Comphort House, 50% additional deposit is required.

4. Manufacture

We will start the manufacturing process once the 50% deposit is received and prepare it for transport from the  factory to Hawaii ports. This process will take approximately 3-4 months to complete.

5. Pay Balance

Final payment for the balance is required once ComphortHouse is loaded on the ship at the departing port of  the factory.

5. Permit

You will need to apply a permit from your county before you can live in it. Different county have different rules. Please check your local county DPP for details.

6. Delivery is at Honolulu Harbor

Deliver to the house site from Honolulu Harbor is an extra charge.  Depends on your location, the delivery charge may be different.  If you need help to set up your ComphortHouse,  our licensed contractors Willow Construction LLC can install it for you at an additional charge.
